"Another auxiliary project, one that brought in proceeds, was dolphin pornography. Dolphin porn was filmed in Malibu and in the dolphin tanks at Point Mugu. It was convenient because they had cages already built and so the dolphins could be housed there for use almost anytime. [Ronald] Reagan really loved the dolphin stuff. He watched a porn video of [my daughter] Kelly and I with a couple of dolphins. During the viewing he smiled, patted my leg and said, "I'll be with you later." He wasn't into sex with children and didn't have sex with my daughter. When the film was over he said, "Watching you do underwater ballet is beautiful, but seeing you with the dolphin is out of this world!" He laughed and looked up, like he was seeing a missile or shuttle launch. Lots of dolphin porn was filmed. I believe Bob [Hope] gave copies of it to Prince Charles, Prince Phillip and Margaret Thatcher, who is a lesbian."'Porno for Paranoids' is perhaps the only genre description worthy of Brice Taylor's prurient and demented Thanks for The Memories. In this perverse magnum opus, Taylor describes -- aside from her stint as an actress in dolphin porn -- how she was used as a sex slave by nearly all of the rich & famous of her time, from Henry Kissinger to Bob Hope (whom she described as her "owner").
-- Brice Taylor, Thanks for The Memories
So over-the-top is Brice Taylor's narrative that it is, of course, believed by certain advocates of Recovered Memory Therapies who, as a matter of commitment, simply must believe any and every tale that invokes Repressed Memories and their later re-surfacing. The opening pages of Thanks for The Memories are filled with endorsements, among which we find:
BOBBI GAGNE-May the love and compassion you have shown for countless survivors return to you multiplied. Thank you for educating many in the field of law enforcement so they may now help victims who are still suffering. Thank you for doing what Christ would do! I love you!Bobbi Gagne, it turns out, is Executive Director of the Sexual Assault Crisis Team in Washington County, Vermont. She is also listed as a member of the ominously titled "Northeast Ritual Intelligence Association". Months ago, the Norwich Guidon, the newspaper for Norwich University in Vermont, released a story titled "Sexual Assault Victims Get Support", in which it was revealed that,
"Gagne works hand-in-hand with Norwich in educating and providing an important service that students wouldn't necessarily be able to get from the university itself"...Gagne, according to the Guidon, is free to speak to the students in strict confidence.
Gagne is a confidential advocate and "anything you tell her (Gagne) is in confidence," said Luna [Norwich University's equal opportunity officer]...
"That is rare for a university to open their arms and say we're just going to trust this process, because we want what's best for these students," Gagne said. But is it a cause for concern if students, particularly those who may be at a heightened state of vulnerability, are speaking "in confidence" to an individual who (without putting a particular diagnostic label on it) believes the most unlikely of conspiracy-based notions? Who might this strict confidence be protecting? Should parents be concerned of the implications of a confidential consultant who endorses stories of "repressed memories" of childhood abuse?
Concerned, I wrote an email to the Norwich University Dean's office:
Dear Dean's Office, Norwich University -
I am a freelance journalist with a regular column on Examiner.com. It was with interest that I noticed a recent Norwich Guidon article entitled "Sexual assualt [sic] victims get support" (By Sofia Esquivel, Norwich Guidon Staff Writer, Published: Thursday, November 18, 2010). This caused me a bit of concern, as it details how one Bobbi Gagne has been given a role within Norwich University in which she provides education regarding sexual assault. Knowing something about Gagne, I posted this comment to the article:
"I wonder if Norwich University is aware that Bobbi Gagne spoke at a conference for an organization named S.M.A.R.T. (Stop Mind control And Ritual abuse Today) and was involved in the Northeast Ritual Crime Intelligence Association? S.M.A.R.T. is organized by a man who believes that he was a victim of Masonic/CIA mind-control, and they are founded on the premise of the existence of Satanic cult conspiracies and debunked notions of recovered memory validity. S.M.A.R.T. speakers have told of world-wide Satanic assaults, Illuminati dictatorial designs, remote mind-control, and supernatural villainy. While recovered memories are said to have revealed episodes of repressed abuse, it is worth recognizing that recovered memories have also revealed alien abductions and past lives. I wonder, does Gagne still subscribe to this witch-hunter's narrative? If so, does she have any place speaking to traumatized women in moments of crisis?"
Instead of answering this very valid question, The Norwich Guidon opted to remove it. You will see that my questions regarding Gagne are not baseless attacks. Here is a link regarding the conference she spoke at: http://ritualabuse.us/2008/10/issue-25-march-1999/ Even the summary in this link, with it's references to Government Mind-Control and Satanic Abuse will give you an idea of the flavor of the event. She spoke alongside Brice Taylor, who claims to have been a sex slave for Bob Hope, Henry Kissinger, and Ronald Reagan, after which -- she further claims -- she was made to star in pornographic films directed by Sylvester Stallone, in which she had forced intercourse with dolphins. Ridiculous as it sounds, it's no joke, nor is it funny. Organizations like S.M.A.R.T., with the help of [...] therapists who participate with them, pose a serious danger to vulnerable people who would go to them to be fed conspiracy theory rather than actual help. Here is a report regarding S.M.A.R.T. I put together following their 2009 conference:
http://www.process.org/discept/2009/08/25/report-from-the-s-m-a-r-t-ritual-abusemind-control-conference-2009/ Of course, Gagne may well have seen the error in all this, and she may no longer subscribe to debunked notions of satanic cult abuse, illuminati mind-control, etc., but I think that the question of whether she has or hasn't is a perfectly legitimate one deserving an answer before she's charged with the privilege of consulting students in confidence. I hope you will address my concerns, and take simple measures to ensure that Norwich University isn't aiding the spread of harmful conspiracy theories.
Thank you -
Douglas Mesner

Alas, Norwich never replied to message and now, months later, I've decided I'd may as well post something about it here... Make my email to Norwich University accessible to the general public... Just in case there is a problem, or there is a concern.
You never know, you know... Can't be too careful these days.
I'd just hate to see the Dean's Office one day say, Why, we hadn't the foggiest idea!
I'm a little confused. My understanding is that there were congressional investigations as well as documents released pursuant to FOIA regarding CIA mind control programs including paperclip, mkultra, monarch, and bluebird that support the methods and personnel involvement disclosed within Brice Taylor's book, as well as Cathy O'Brian's books (Tranceformation America and Access Denied) and "Svali's" writings/interviews/testimonies. Is your position that this is all a myth?
ReplyDeleteI guess they are the dean's office of NU now, six years and still no answer to your very valid question.
